Room was basically clean and basically well maintained. The front door didn't shut all the way. Needs a deadbolt on it to keep it shut. Flush. Bathroom could have been a little cleaner this mold and some of the molding around the bottom of the tub and shower. The drain in the middle of the bathroom floor is good because the handicap shower but the floor is not tilted toward it. So the water just pools all over the floor of the bathroom. And then the odd note on the microwave about not putting the microwave dishes onto the furniture. Where else are we going to put them to eat? You don't offer placemats or anything so we just use the towel on top of the table as I place mat. But you might want to rethink that note. Heat was very good. Worked very well, except you must have air in the pipes because every time the heat came on it clanks a little like an old radiator. A plumber can fix that for you. You just needs to be bled. To grab and go breakfast. Although basic was a great feature. Made use of that a couple of mornings that was very good and very nice. Location to the wild center was excellent so overall decent and good. Never interacted with staff so can't tell you anything about the staff. One other minor thing. Not enough light in the room. One light didn't work. But not a lot enough like to read by or do anything by at night. Again, overall decent. A few more details to pay attention to and it would have been perfect in a five star

We stayed in the lake house. I have difficulty on stairs, and no elevator in sight. We were on the ground floor and our view of the lake from the porch was definitely impaired by trees. Would have preferred the next level up. No staff in sight. Staff is in the main building across the street. Parking is tight. It was ok but not super impressive
